Preparing and aftercare
For best results, allow roughly two weeks of hair growth so strands measure about 1/4 to 1/2 inch; this length helps the technician remove and shape evenly. Maintain daily exfoliation and moisturization in the days before your appointment, but stop exfoliating for 24 hours immediately beforehand to reduce irritation.
Certain medications and recent skin procedures can prevent service. If you are on Retin A, Accutane, Avage, Tazorac, Differin or similar exfoliation-increasing drugs, we cannot perform hair removal. We also do not perform hair removal on skin recently treated with laser, plastic surgery, or on sunburned skin.
