For best results, arrive with clean, dry skin and hair about a quarter-inch long. Avoid heavy creams, retinoids, or sunburn beforehand. If you use topical medications, consult us first; we’ll review concerns before waxing.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first sessions, but pain typically decreases with regular waxing. Our technicians use warming techniques, optional numbing, and calming aftercare to minimize discomfort and ensure a quick, efficient service.

Ideal hair length is about 1/4 inch (roughly 6 mm) so the wax can grip properly. If hair is too short we may ask you to wait for regrowth; overly long hair may be trimmed before waxing.

Most clients book every 4–6 weeks depending on individual hair growth. After several sessions regrowth often slows and intervals can extend. We’ll recommend a personalized schedule to keep skin consistently smooth.

Temporary redness, mild swelling, or tiny bumps are common and usually resolve within 24–48 hours. Avoid hot baths, intense exercise, tight clothing, and sun exposure immediately after waxing to reduce irritation.
