What happens during service
Appointments begin with a short consultation to review medication, recent skin treatments, and comfort preferences. Wax is applied and removed in stages so the esthetician can monitor skin response and adapt technique for sensitivity. If you are on certain exfoliating medications, hair removal cannot be performed.

Preparing skin and aftercare
Optimal results require hair long enough for the wax to grip—about 1/4 to 1/2 inch; at least 2 weeks of growth is ideal. Exfoliate and moisturize in the days before to minimize irritation, but stop exfoliating at least 24 hours prior. If you’ve had recent laser, surgery, or sunburn, consult us first.
After the service you may experience temporary redness or sensitivity; follow the esthetician’s aftercare guidance and moisturizing recommendations.
