An Artistic Director consultation is the starting point for an ombre highlight because the final plan depends on your hair’s length, thickness, and condition. During the consultation you’ll discuss lifestyle factors — commuting schedules, event plans at places like the Count Basie Center, and how hands-on you want maintenance to be. That discussion determines the quote, the technical approach, and any pre-service recommendations to prepare your hair.

Because pricing and the exact plan are set after consultation, we don’t list a fixed duration or fee. Maintenance rhythm depends on how much contrast you choose and how your hair grows; the Artistic Director will recommend a follow-up cadence that balances look and lifestyle.
