Typical appointments run 45 to 75 minutes, including consultation, gentle shampoo, blowdry, and precise updo styling. Longer times may be needed for extensive detailing, accessories, or very long/thick hair. We recommend arriving on time to allow full styling attention.

Yes. Hair texture, density, and length influence technique and hold; our Artists adapt product selection and pinning for fine, curly, or thick hair. For extremely short or damaged hair we’ll suggest alternative styles or add professional extensions for the desired updo finish.

Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless instructed otherwise. Our service includes a professional shampoo and scalp treatment to create the best foundation; however, avoid heavy oils or products so our Blowdry and styling products can perform optimally.

An expert updo can last six to twelve hours or longer with proper products and minimal touching. We use long-hold formulas and secure techniques; bring a small hairspray or emergency pins for extended events, and request reinforcement if you know there’ll be heavy movement.

We stock a selection of pins, combs, and decorative accents, and are happy to use client-supplied accessories. If you bring pieces, please bring them in a labeled pouch to keep them secure. For bespoke items we recommend a quick pre-appointment consultation.

If you need on-site touch-ups, book our mobile touch-up service in advance or reserve extra appointment time. We can provide quick fixes like pin reinforcement, misting with hairspray, or minor restyling. Keep a photo of your original look to guide adjustments.
