We use professional tools and heat-protectant products to minimize damage. Our new talent artists are trained in safe heat application and work under senior supervision. If hair is compromised, we will recommend lower heat or alternative styling to protect integrity.

Generally arrive with clean, dry hair unless stylist advises otherwise; natural oils help hold curl for certain textures. Avoid heavy conditioners or styling products. If unsure, call ahead and our team will advise based on your hair type and the chosen curl style.
