Our Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the FULL SERVICE amount if we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time slot (48 hours for keratin appointments).
- "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- All service bookings must be held with a credit card (your card will not be charged until your visit).
- We cannot guarantee your full appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late (5 minutes for waxing).
